I built this material as a PBR version of one of the many gorgeous, hand-painted textures produced by the Concept team in RWBY. This one specifically appears in the interior sets of Monstra, a giant flying whale seen in Season 8. My goal was to recreate a hand-drawn texture as a stylized, game engine-ready texture using only Substance Designer. Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 4. Original concept art by Erin Winn.
